Don P. Palermo focuses his practice on plaintiffs personal injury, including Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, traumatic brain injuries, burn injuries, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. After graduating from law school, Don clerked for a judge on the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County before entering private practice. Don was a partner in a Philadelphia law firm that litigated FELA cases.
Don was on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, and is licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for New Jersey.
