Don P. Palermo has 30 years of legal experience. Prior to entering law school, Don worked various construction jobs to help pay for college and was a member of a laborer's union, where he developed an appreciation for individuals who work hard to support their families. Don has represented hundreds of injured individuals, including those injured at work.

     One of Don's specialties is representing railroad workers who suffer injuries while performing their jobs. Don is Designated Legal Counsel for The Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen, a national railroad union.

     Don has lectured about the legal system at regional colleges and universities, and has given seminars on railroad law.  He has also authored legal articles that have appeared in state and national publications.
